Former northern classroom block of Ninebanks School, c.1845. Coursed rubble
with tooled and margined dressings; slate roof. 1 tall storey, 3 bays, and
lower porch to left. Renewed 16-pane sash windows in moulded boxes. Coped
gable to left with moulded kneeler and stepped stone stack. Porch has stable
door with alternating jambs. Rear elevation similar.
