House, probably early C18 altered C19; farmbuildings C19. House roughly-coursed
rubble with clay bonding, and large cut quoins; farm buildings rubble; stone
slate roofs. Linear plan with short cross-wing at east end. South elevation:
house 2 storeys, 3 bays, slightly irregular. Intermediate quoins between bays
2 and 3. Renewed door in bay 2 with blocked window over, C19 sashes in end bays;
upper windows directly beneath eaves. Stone end stacks. Farm buildings in two
parts: left section 1 storey, 2 wide bays. Bay 1, tall boarded door with blocked
overlight, in alternating-block surround, small window to right; bay 2 tall boarded
door flanked by small windows; right section projecting 2-storey gabled bay;
stable door and external stone stair to boarded door, pigeon hole with alighting
platform in gable. C20 buildings to right and rear of farm buildings, and C20
outshut to left of house, not of interest.
