Pair of houses, early C19 perhaps incorporating earlier fabric. Rubble
with tooled-and-margined quoins and dressings; slate roof; stack rebuilt
in pale orange brick on stone base. 2 storeys, 4 bays, irregular. Vertical-
panelled doors in bays 1 and 3, the former with 3-pane overlight; small C20
casement in old opening to right of bay 3 door, other windows renewed 12-pane
sashes with slightly-projecting sills except for bay 4 ground-floor tripartite
sash (probably C20). Coped gables; reduced ridge stack, rebuilt right end
stack.
