Pair of houses, second quarter of C19. Coursed rubble with tooled-and-margined
quoins and dressings; slate roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays, irregular. Boarded
doors with 5-pane overlights in bays 1 and 4; 16-pane sashes in bays 2 and 3,
renewed 12-pane sashes in bay 5. All openings in chamfered alternating-block
surrounds; windows with slightly-projecting sills. Hipped roof; stepped
and corniced ridge stack, later right end stack. Right return 2 bays, with
later 4-pane sashes.
