Stable Block, now Retreat Centre. Late C18. Tooled-and-margined ashlar;
slate roof. 2 storeys, 9 bays. Chamfered plinth. Central 3 bays slightly
projecting, with pediment; central round-headed arch with C20 glazing and
door. Oculus in pediment. Slightly-projecting end bays have blocked round-
headed arches with inserted windows. All other windows C20 casements in old
openings. Hipped roof, 3 stepped and corniced ridge stacks, similar lateral
stack to bay 7. Rear elevation similar.
