Road bridge. Late C18, widened on downstream side c.1970. Dressed sandstone.
2 segmental arches with set-back voussoirs under flush arch bands. Wide arch
over river and narrower flood arch. Upstream face: triangular-plan cutwater
with sloping top between arches; projecting parapet rendered on outer face has
splayed ends. Downstream face: roadway widened and carried on concrete
cantilever; cutwater rebuilt and parapet destroyed.
