Villa. Mid C19. Rock-faced dressed stone in narrow courses, ashlar dressings,
Welsh slate roof and stone chimney stacks. Classical style. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Low plinth and raised-and-chamfered quoins. Central pair of partly-glazed
doors and overlight in wide stone doorcase with pilasters, frieze and cornice.
4-pane sashes, with intermediate glazing bars removed, in raised surrounds
with projecting sills (ground-floor windows with frieze and cornice). Low-
pitched hipped roof with deep,overhanging boxed eaves. Wide axial stacks with
top bands. Similar fenestration on 2-bay left return. First-floor, round-
arched stair window on rear in raised surround with impost blocks and keystone.
Greenhouse on right return and single-storey additions on rear are not of
special interest.
