Former Vicarage now 3 dwellings. Mid C17, possibly incorporating an older

(pebble-dashed rear wing), concrete-tiled roofs, stone and brick chimney
stacks. L-plan: main block (Coldor at left; Valley View and part of Oakdene
at right) with late C18 wing (Oakdene) on right rear. Main block, built
partly into bankside, has 2-storey front and single-storey rear. 5-window
front has flush quoins. Straight joint and quoins to left of centre; original
section at right has boulder plinth. Scattered openings in late C18-early C19
raised tooled surrounds: replaced casements on ground floor; interrupted first-
floor sill band; three 12-pane sashes above. 2-storey canted stone bay windows
on end bays have replaced doors, 12-pane sashes and hipped roofs (door jambs
on right bay have tooling possibly indicating re-used Roman material). Steeply-
pitched roof has coped gables and shaped kneelers. Rebuilt brick right end
and ridge stacks; stone left end stack with water table. Stepped external
chimney on right return. Added single-storey outshut on rear has two 16-pane
sashes in rough square surrounds and a ramped coping on gable. 4-bay rear

steeply-pitched roof with coped gable end and rebuilt brick ridge stacks.
Late C20 glazed porch on rear wing and addition on left return of main block
are not of special interest.
