9/112 Nunwick Mill House

Mill house. Early C19. Coursed rubble with dressings. Purple slate roof and
dressed stone chimney. 2-storey, 3-bay house set-back on right return of
Nunwick Mill. Tooled quoins. Central replaced door and renewed 16-pane sashes
in flush surrounds with alternating jambs. Roof has coped right gable and right
end stack with top band. Single-storey outshut under pent roof spans junction
on rear of house and mill. Included for group value.
