Late C18. 3 storeys in brick with new roof with end stacks and brick dentil
eaves cornice. 4 windows, segmental arches, no glazing bars, flush cases. 3
windows to ground floor. Moulded wood doorcase with cornice to later door of
4 panels, rectangular fanlight.

Nos 40 and 42 form a group.
