Late C18 stabling adjoins the road, brick. Frontage has arcade of six blind arches, containing blocked lunettes with keystones. Stucco cornice and hipped pantile roof. Small portion of attached brick garden wall to east, stone coping, ramped.

West Retford House and stabling form a group.
