Pair of cottages, c.1700, remodelled C19. Coursed rubble, ashlar and stucco. Pantile roof, hipped on the left, with two gable stacks. That to the right is also attached to the adjacent building. Two storeys, three bays, with first floor and second floor lintel bands set on a plinth. Central doorway with C20 door flanked by single three light stone mullion casements with stone surrounds. Two similar casements above. To the rear is a rendered and pantiled, two storey plus attic, three bay, cottage. Set on a plinth. Central doorway with flush quoined door surround and glazed C20 door. To the left is a four-light C20 casement, to the right a three-light C20 casement with two similar casements above and a glazing bar Yorkshire sash in the dormer.
