30.11.66 Greystones (Formerly
listed as Dovecot behind


Pigeoncote, part now converted to office. Mid C18. Red brick and
ashlar on a coursed rubble plinth. Pantile roof, ashlar coped
crow stepped gables with kneelers, ridge surmounted by single
ashlar ball finial. Dentillated eaves, 3 storeys plus garret.
West gable end has a single doorway with wooden door, to the
left, a flight of brick and ashlar coped steps with C20 iron hand
rail lead to a central doorway on the 1st floor, having a wooden
door under a segmental head. In the attic is a semi-circular
opening for pigeons, the top part of this is glazed and has
glazing bars. Below is an ashlar ledge. Other fronts have
minor alterations to openings.
