Model dairy, late C19,a survival of a scheme of improvement.
Brick, pebbledashed and colourwashed, concrete tile roof. Single
storey octagonal plan. Brick plinth ashlar sills, lintels and
jambs . Chamfered ashlar doorway to east with oak lining and
rectangular leaded overlight. 7 single leaded iron frame
casements in chamfered surround. Interior has close boarded
ceiling and dado and quarry tile floor.
