Commercial building, now offices. Mid-C19. Ashlar with concrete
and ashlar dressings, slate roof with coped gables. Moulded
first floor band and eaves cornice, chamfered quoins, concrete
parapet, 2 gable stacks, 3 storeys, 4 bays. All windows have
moulded architraves and sills. Front has C20 shop front and
above, 4 plain sashes with 2 segmental and 2 triangular
pediments; above again, 4 smaller plain sashes. Included for
group value only.
