House, now offices. c.1830. Brick, stuccoed, with pyramidal
slate roof with stone hips. Ashlar plinth, dentillated eaves, 8
grouped central stacks; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Main facade, to
north, has central ogee-roofed latticed timber porch containing
moulded surround with half glazed door and overlight. Flanked by
single margin light glazing bar sashes with keystones. Above, 2
similar sashes and to left, a blocked opening. Street facade, to
left, has C20 shop window flanked to right by single glazing bar
sash; above, 2 glazing bar sashes. Rear elevation has similar
layout to front.
