Cottage and adjoining outbuilding. Former public house. Mid
C18. Coursed rubble, pantile roof, 2 gable and single ridge red
brick stacks. 2 storeys, 9 bays. Gable end to road. Having from
right to left a single Yorkshire sash, a doorway with part glazed
door, 2 glazing bar Yorkshire sashes, a doorway with part glazed
door, a single glazing bar casement, a single part blocked
opening, a single Yorkshire sash and a doorway with stable door.
Above, a single window opening, a single small glazing bar
casement and two 3-light glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. There is
a single slit ventilator between the 2 floors. The right/road
gable has a single Yorkshire sash on each floor. The left gable
has 3 rows of perches and pigeon holes. Included for group value
only.
