SK 77 NE EAST DRAYTON TOP STREET
(west side)

1/23 Yew Tree Farmhouse

G.V. II

House. Late C17. Rendered with the remains of some timber
framing. Pantile roof, hipped to the right. Left red brick
gable stack and single similar ridge stack. Wooden eaves
cornice. Set on a plinth. 2 storeys, 3 bays. With 3 C20
glazing bar casements to each floor. The right wall has evidence
of a main post and wall plate. To the rear is a one and a half
storey 5 bay wing. Interior has many beams and a studded panel.
