Former cottage range now in commercial use. Late C17 or early C18,
altered. Painted brick facing to timber frame. Steeply-pitched
pantile roof with brick-coped gables that to right crow-stepped.
Square brick kneelers and off-centre ridge stack. Single storey and
attic. Three-room plan, approx. 5 bays long with 2 entrances and 3
tripartite C20 casements. Mainly blocked dovecote to right at high
level. A pair of dormer windows at left end. Later wing at rear
with steeply pitched roof.
Interior: large bressumer beam for fire-hood in centre room. Timber
frame visible especially in rear wall with diagonal bracing. Also
two cross-partitions.
