Estate cottage. Early C19. Brick with C20 hipped pantile roof.
Brick plinth, rebated eaves, stone sills, single ridge stack.
Central block with flanking wings, single and 2 storeys, 3 bays.
T-plan. Windows are C20 casements and sashes, those at front
with replica Gothick tracery. Main south front has central blank
opening flanked by single sashes with segmental heads. Above,
central blank opening flanked by smaller single casements. East
front has off-centre C20 door flanked by single Gothick
casements. To right, single casement and above, 2 casements.
West front has 2 casements and to right, a triple sash. Above, 2
casements.
