3/111 Linthwaite Cottage

G.V. II

Cottage. Early C18 with mid C18 extensions. Red brick. Pantile
roof. Left gable and single ridge red brick stacks. Dogtooth
eaves and first floor band to left 4, early C18, bays. 2
storeys, 5 bays. Closed and gabled C20 red brick and plain tile
porch with panelled door. Either side are single Yorkshire
sashes under segmental arches, further left is a single small
glazing bar casement and further right a single glazing bar sash.
Above are 4 similar Yorkshire sashes. Right single bay has 2 'S'
tie plates. Lean-to extension to rear.
