Laundry, now hen house. Early C19. Red brick, rendered. Plain
tile pyramidal roof. Single red brick stack to the rear. Dentil
eaves. 2 storeys, single bay. First floor band. Single widely
spaced Venetian glazing bar fixed light. Above is a single
Venetian glazing bar casement. Attached to the right is a
rendered wall and attached to the left the remains of a
rusticated ashlar pier.
