GV II

House, now a house and shop. c1800, with mid C20 shop
addition. Brick with stone dressings and hipped concrete tile
roof. Stone and rendered plinth, rebated eaves, single rear
wall and side wall stacks. 3 storeys; 3 window range. East
front has 3 glazing bar sashes with keystoned lintels, and
above, three 2-light casements. Plain central wooden doorcase
with overlight, keystoned lintel and 6-panel door. To left,
C20 casement. To right, late C19 canted wooden bow window.
South end, facing street, has a glazing bar sash with
keystoned lintel and above, a 2-light casement. Large C20
glazing bar casement to ground floor. Lean-to shop addition to
left.
