The old brewmaster's house
(Formerly Listed as:
House on corner of Station Road and
Lower Kirklington Road.)


House. c1800. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate
roof. plinth, rebated eaves, 2 side wall stacks. Windows are
glazing bar sashes with keystoned lintels. 2 storeys; 3 window
range. Central fielded 6-panel door with overlight and
pediment on scroll brackets. To right, set back wing fronted
by a C20 conservatory. Left side has 2 windows on each floor.
