House. c1800. Ashlar with pantile roof. Plinth, moulded stone
eaves, coped gables. Windows are plain sashes with elaborately
carved lintels. 2 storeys; 2 window range. Central plaque
inscribed "Clinton House", flanked by single windows. Central
moulded doorcase with curved brackets to hood. Fielded 6-panel
door with overlight, flanked by single shoe scrapers with
cusped heads. Beyond, single windows.
