Former coach house, now a house. Early C19, with mid C20
alterations. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof.
Plinth, cogged eaves, slightly projecting centre. Windows are
glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick heads. 2 storeys; 3
window range. Blocked central elliptical arched carriage
opening containing a window. To its right, a smaller window.
To its left, a C20 door and overlight, and beyond a steel
garage door. This house may have been an ancillary building to
No 31, Regency house. Included for group value.
