3/18 The Laurels

II

House. Late C18. Red brick under a pantile roof, rendered coped gables,
2 gable stacks with 1st floor band and dentilled eaves. 2 storeys plus
garret, 3 bays with slightly projecting central bay. The central doorway,
with wooden surround and brackets supporting a flat hood, has a half
glazed door with 3 pane rectangular overlight and blind traceried fan
above. Flanking the doorway are single Yorkshire sash windows with
glazing bars under segmental arches. Above are 3 similar windows under
segmental arches, the central one being narrower.
