House

G.V. II

Farmhouse. 1798. Single bay 2 storey C19 addition to south.
Brick with C20 pantile roof. Dentillated eaves, 2 gable and
single ridge stacks, 2 storeys plus garrets, 4 bays. L-plan.
North front has off-centre door, flanked to left by single and to
right by 2 Yorkshire sashes, all with segmental heads. To right,
C20 lean-to addition. Above, datestone inscribed '1798'. North
end has single C20 casement and door. South end has to left C19
single storey rear wing. To left, C20 casement and door, to
right, blocked opening. Above, a Yorkshire sash, and above again
another similar sash. Rear elevation has off-centre door with
segmental head, flanked to left by a Yorkshire sash with
segmental head, and to left again, a C20 casement. To right, a
Yorkshire sash. Above, 2 Yorkshire sashes and a casement. Rear
wing has to north, porch with plank door, and to its right a
Yorkshire sash.
