House. Cl7. Timber framed and brick, with brick nogging,
rendered. Steep pitched pantile roof. Brick and stone plinth,
first floor band, single tumbled coped gable with kneelers, 2
gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 bays. North side refronted C19.
North side has to left, C20 weatherboarded lean-to covering
corner post. To its right, close-boarded door, and beyond, a
Yorkshire sash, and a small light. Beyond again, a half glazed
door and a Yorkshire sash. Above, small fixed light, flanked by
single Yorkshire sashes. West gable has to right a Yorkshire
sash with segmental head, and above, C20 casement. South side
has, above a casement. Interior has top of bay post plus wall
plate. Principal rafter roof with large clasp purlins. Roof
space has full height stud partition. Adjoining Hill Farm House
and buildings not included in this listing.
