Farmhouse. C17, refronted late C18. Coursed limestone rubble with wooden
lintels; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. 2-unit plan with rear
wing. 2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front has a central panelled door, with
flat canopy on shaped brackets, below a 12-pane sash; outer bays have tripartite
sashes to both floors. Gables have stone parapets with moulded projecting
kneelers. Stair projection at rear. Interior not inspected but noted as having a
good late-C17 oak open-well stair of 2 flights, with turned balusters, moulded
handrail and ball finials.
