4/34 Pimlico Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18 with C20 alterations. Squared coursed limestone. Steeply
pitched slate roof. Brick end stacks on stone bases, L-plan. 2 storeys plus
attic. 4-window range. Central entrance has C20 door, moulded stone surround and
C20 Tuscan porch. Entrance is flanked by renewed 2-pane sashes in wood frames
with keyblock stone head. Similar window to left. C19 canted bay window with
hipped slate roof to right. First floor has 5 two-pane sashes with wood frames
and keyblock heads. Two C20 skylights. Small single-light casement with wood
lintel in left gable. Service wing to rear of single storey plus attic has a
steeply pitched slate roof. A 3-light casement window on ground floor and a
similar window above. Limestone quoins. Interior not inspected.
