Farmhouse, now house. Early C18 with roof raised in C18 and with C19 and C20
alterations and additions. Squared coursed limestone. Steeply pitched slate
roof. Brick end stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 3-window range. Central
entrance has panelled-glazed door in moulded wood frame. C20 hood. Entrance is
flanked by C20 bay windows. First floor has three 3-light metal casements in
wood frames. Lead cames and wood lintels. Two C20 roof dormers. Datestone 1802
over door. C19 addition to rear. Early C19 fittings in added part. Adam style
fireplace, moulded ceiling cornices and painted panelling.
