Farmhouse, Mid C18 with earlier origins and C20 alterations. Main elevation.
Rendered and with limestone quoins. Steeply pitched slate roof, Renewed brick
end and internal stacks. Complex plan with main part and 2 additions to rear. 2
storeys plus attic. 4-window range. Central entrance has panelled door and C20
trellis porch, Ground floor has 3 sashes with glazing bars and stone voussoirs.
First floor has four 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs. Rusticated stone
quoins. Roof dormer and C20 skylight. Rear additions include a brick and
limestone part of 2 storeys plus attic with raking roof over outshot. Brick
stacks. Single-light metal casements with lead cames and wood lintel and 2-, 3-
and 4-light wood casements with wood lintels. Attached dairy range. Coursed
squared limestone and slate roof. Brick end stalks. Ground floor has a 2-light
window partly glazed and partly ventilated with bars and mesh. Attic has large
C19 half-dormer. Tie-bar approximately central. C20 skylight. Interior said to
have panelling and C18 fixtures and fittings. Interior not inspected.
