Small house. Probably late C18/early C19 extended late C19/early C20. Coursed
squared marlstone with wooden lintels; Welsh-slate roof with brick end stacks.
2-unit plan extended to rear. 2 storeys, 3-window front has a central doorway,
with a flat canopy on shaped brackets, and has large 2-light casements. Interior
not inspected. Included for group value.
