Garden house approx. 15m to E of Hamelin Cottage

Garden house. Probably C18. Brick in Flemish bond and marlstone rubble; thatch
roof. Single-unit plan. One storey over a semi-basement. Brick front has a large
3-light leaded window and a 4-panel door to left approached by a flight of stone
steps; to right, steps lead down to the basement door. Left gable wall has a
2-light cellar window in the rubble plinth. Rubble rear wall has a further
3-light leaded casement. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
