House. Probably mid C18 possibly with earlier origins. Coursed squared marlstone
with ashlar dressings; concrete plain-tile roof with stone-and-brick end stacks.
2-unit plan. 2 storeys plus attic. 3-window front, rising from a chamfered
plinth, has a central doorway and tall C20 casements below ashlar flat arches
with projecting keyblocks. Steep-pitched roof has a gable parapet to right with
projecting moulded kneelers. Interior not inspected. Possibly formerly part of
Hill House (q.v.) which was The White Lion Inn. Included for group value.
