GV II
House. Late C18/early C19. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels;
concrete plain-tile roof. Probable central-stair plan. 2 storeys. Symmetrical
3-window front has tall 12-pane sashes at first floor, but at ground floor has a
central 6-panel door with C19 canopy flanked by canted bay windows with
segmental-headed sashes. Steep-pitched roof has a stone-based stack to right and
a brick stack to left. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
