Adderbury East
7/121 Well House

House. Late C17/early C18. Coursed squared marlstone with wooden lintels;
Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window front has
irregularly-spaced 2-light C20 casements, most with chamfered lintels, and has
the doorway to right of centre. Roof over middle and right bays is of a slightly
steeper pitch and has 2 stacks. Rear has some leaded casements. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
