Farmhouse, now house. Mid C17. Coursed squared marlstone with ashlar dressings;
Welsh-slate roof with stone-and-brick stacks. 3-unit lobby-entry plan. 2 storeys
plus attic, 3-window front, with chamfered plinth, has stone-mullioned windows
with renewed labels, all of 3 lights except for two 4-light windows at ground
floor in bays 2 and 3; a 3-light mullioned cellar window is contained within the
plinth of bay 3. The doorway, between bays one and 2 and in line with a large
stack, has a 6-panel door in a moulded Tudor-arched stone surround with recessed
spandrels. Steep-pitched roof has gable parapets and has 3 hipped roof dormers.
Rear has a canted 2-storey bay window with leaded 3-light stone-mullioned
windows, plus a further mullioned cellar window. Interior not inspected. Noted
as having a 2-light lancet stair window at the rear.
