Cottage. C18 incorporating earlier feature. Coursed squared marlstone with
wooden lintels: Stonesfield-slate roof with brick end stack. Single-unit plan. 2
storeys. 2-window front has the doorway to extreme right, a renewed 3-light
casement at ground floor, and has 2-light C18/early C19 windows at first floor.
A rubble projection, attached to the front right corner, is probably a C17
gatepier and has a 3-course ashlar coping above a moulded string. Steep-pitched
roof has stack to left. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
