Shop and dwelling. Late C18/early C19. Brick in Flemish bond with rubbed-brick
arches; Welsh-slate roof with brick end stacks. Front range plus rear wing
probably formerly subdivided. 3 storeys, 3-window front, with toothed eaves
course and unusual 3-course storeybands of rusticated bricks, has 12-pane sashes
to the upper floors, but at ground floor has two 4-panel doors with ornamental
fanlights, two 16-pane sashes (one with an inserted lintel) and has a small shop
window. Shallow-pitched roof. Wing returns from left. Interior not inspected.
