House. C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2 brick end stacks. L-plan. 3-storey, 3-window range. Entrance to left has C20 porch with columns and flat roof. Doorway has overlight with geometric glazing bars. Panelled door. Sash windows with stone voussoirs and keystone to all floors. Rear extension possibly earlier is of 3 storeys with 2 entrances. Some C18 and some C20 sash windows. Interior not inspected. History: Bridge House was recorded as a licensed asylum for paying patients c.1850. (Dickins, M. - History of Hook Norton, 1928 p.180).
