08/12/55 (Formerly listed as cottage
approx. 65 yards south of
House. Late C17. Datestone W/IE/1679 above door. Regular coursed ironstone
rubble, Welsh slate roof. 2 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan with rear extension
2 storeys plus attic. 2 stone window frames with inserted 3-light casements
on the ground floor with hood moulds and label stops. Two 3-light iron
casements with wooden lintels on the first floor. In the gable end facing
Queens Street is a blocked 2-light stone mullioned window with hood mould.
Semi-circular staircase projection at rear has stone slate roof and single-
light stone window with iron glazing bar. Interior not inspected.
