7/76 Stag's Head Public House
House, now Public House. C17. Coursed regular rubble, thatched roof. 2-unit
plan. Single storey plus attic. Off centre plank door with moulded wood
surround to right flanked by 2 C20 casements with wooden lintels; 3 windows to
attic floor: A 4-light and 2-light casement partly in thatch and 2-light stone
mullioned window. Interior: Stop chamfered beam and chamfered bressumer to
fireplace in bar. Small, elaborately carved cupboard above fireplace. Brick
stack on right end; stone coping on right.
