House, now school. C18/C19 incorporating part of C17 earlier house. Ironstone
ashlar, Welsh slate roof. 4 rendered brick stacks to ridge. U-plan. Garden
front: 2 storeys: 3:3:5:3. Two 2-storey bay windows have range of 5 windows
between them, door to central opening on ground floor, 3-window range to left.
All windows C20. The bay windows have keystoned lintels. Flat bands to 1st
and 2nd storeys. Parapet has blind recesses. 3 hipped dormers. Porch at left
end has C16/C17 reset coat of arms (Wykeham quarterly of six). Mainly C20
interior.
