House. c.1830. Brick with ashlar garden front. Welsh slate roof. 2
rendered brick ridge stacks. Double-depth plan; Italianate style.2 storeys
plus attic. Garden front of 3 bays. Central bay has pediment and 3 arched
windows to both floors. 2 side bays have single sash windows to both floors.
Ashlar quoins to ground floor. Flat band between floors. Brackets to deep
eaves soffit. Noted as distinguished small Italianate villa. Occupied by
Capt. W. L. Lampet in 1852.
