Shown on O.S. map as King's Street.
Farmhouse, now house. C17 origin with later alterations. Regular coursed
ironstone rubble. C20 tile roof. Brick ridge stack to left. Another brick stack
to extension on right. 4-unit plan. Single storey plus attic; 4-window range.
C20 door off-centre to right has C20 gabled hood. To left two 3-light metal
casements with wooden lintels. Two 3-light metal casements to right. Attic has
two 3-light stone mullioned windows with hood moulds and label stops. Some
windows have crown glass. Stone coping to left gable. Garage extension to right
has large wooden lintel above C20 garage doors. Casement with wooden lintel
above. Brick stack to left. Interior not inspected.
