Cottage. Probably C18 or earlier. Coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched
hipped thatched roof. 2 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic.
Central entrance with thatched hood is flanked by two C20 casements. 2 similar
windows to attic. This cottage occupies an interesting low level site aligning
to the earlier road (Little Bridge Road). The present High Street was
constructed c.1815 by the Trustees of the Banbury and Chipping Norton Turnpike.
