House and shop. C19. Brick with stucco front. Brick end stacks. 3 storeys;
3-window range. Central entrance has panelled door, patterned overlight and
Ionic fluted columns to doorcase. 2 flanking sashes have glazing bars. 3 sashes
to first floor have moulded surrounds, cornices on consoles and glazing bars. 3
sashes with glazing bars to third floor. Rusticated ground floor. Ionic
pilasters flank first and second floors. Parapet.
