Outbuilding, probably formerly hotel accommodation. C18 or earlier. Brick and
roughcast. Slate roof. Single storey plus attic. 2-unit plan. Ground floor has a
doorway to left, central 3-light wooden window and doorway to right. Attic
storey has a single wood mullioned and transomed window. Interior: original plan
(V.C.H.: Oxfordshire, Vol.X, p.33).
